For Grandy info, visit my web site at http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/wanstey.

The Newfoundland Grandys are all supposed to be descended from two Grandy brothers - Charles and Philip who settled in Garnish, Fortune Bay about 1763. I have info on all the children of Philip and many of their descendants. However Charles is suposed to have had about a dozen children as well, but I only have knowledge of three. Charles is supposed to have left Garnish. Given their dates of birth, Sarah and Catherine may well be children of Charles.
