Adolph & Emily GRANDMAISON...Michigan/Canada late 1800's

I'm trying to get a handle on my great-grandfather Adolph GRANDMAISON, with limited info...I've found Adolph & wife Emily on the 1910 MI. census @ 57 & 58 yrs. old, living in Presque Isle, MI. with 24 yr. old son Joseph & 14 yr. old adopted daughter Gertrude. Adolph & Emily immigrated from Ontario in 1891. I believe Adolph had a brother Dolphis (I have photos of both) I also have a photo of a Nun maybe late 1800's taken in Detroit.
On the back it says: "A. GRANDMASON."
Are "we" apart of anyone's family tree?
