No supposing about it...Asa Harrell and Elizabeth Granade were my ggg grandparents. Their graves are in Fayette cty., Texas. Supposedly...I have no anecdote but just the statement..that Elizabeth was made the ward of Asa's parents....Enos Harrell and Asenath (Sena) Lee Harrell. Enos and Sena were from Craven cty., N.C. and then Jones cty., N.C. after Jones was split from Craven. The whole family and many other families moved to Smith cty. Tn. around 1800, and by 1830 were in Lauderdale cty., Alabama, and by 1856, Fayette cty. Texas. I would greatly appreciate any info you might give me, such as on Polly Grenade, and details of their lives in
Smith cty.
