Special levy enacted to cover various debts in White Chapel Parish, including:[owed] to William Grimes for 2 months as a private soldier ... 250 lbs of tobacco.

1708 Aug 19--NORTHUMBERLAND CO VA court
Thos Stretton by virtue of a power of attorney from Patience Graham widow confesses judgment for her the said Patience to the Royal African Co of England for the payment of L31.19.4 from the estate of John Graham dec’d her late busband’s by protested bills of exchange dated 22 Sep 1705 and ordered the said Patience who is executor of the said deceased John Graham pay the said sum out of the said deceased’s estate.
NOTE:
Patience is said to have been a daughter of Capt Wm Downing, and the widow of (1) Daniel Neale & (2) John Graham (d. Northumberland Co 1706)

“There is on record in Essex County, a bond dated Feb.20, 1722 -from Nicholas Smith and Robert Jones to Edward Waller, reciting that they are bound to make payment to George Grymes, infant son and heir of Dr. William Grymes, late of Gloucester, deceased;on account of a judgment obtained by Edward Waller, next friend of the said George Grymes, against Nicholas Smith who was executor of the estate of Dr. William Grymes, in a chancery suit between William Grymes and Nicholas Smith.”

1775 Jan __--NORTHUMBERLAND CO VA
William Graham married Judith Swann Colston.
NOTE:
This is the William born in 1750 Northumberland Co.
He and Judith are said to have had Sarah FauntleroyGraham on 12 Aug 1791.This would be 16 years after their marriage, so one wonders if there were other children in the meantime.
1785 Apr 23--NORTHUMBERLAND CO VA
Wm. GRAHAM and Judith Swann his wife of Northumberland Co., VA, deeded to John RUST of Westmoreland Co., VA, for 100 acres of land, that part of a tract in St. Stephen's Parish called Exeter Lodge, which Travers COLSTON by his last will dated 4 Mar 1750 gave to his son Charles COLSTON and by the death of the said Charles descended to his two daughters, Judith Swan and Alice Griffin COLSTON, coheirs of said Charles. When estate was divided 12 Apr 1785, aforesaid 400 acres was allotted to aforesaid Judith Swann GRAHAM.
