I am especially interested in your info re the Grahams from Monaghan Co in ireland. My gggrandfather Joseph Graham caame to Simcoe Co Ontario about 1830 with his wife Lydia Campbell and at least one son Joseph.Second son was Thomas.I found their origins in land patent requests filed in 1839.At that time they had 6 children under 10 yr.I have traced the children but am looking for the Irish beginnings.Lydia was from Armagh Co.The name Sinclair is mentioned as being related closely to her.I thought his father was Joseph and her father according to the patent was Michael Campbell and she was his only surviving child.Any help would be appreciated. Her father was also in Ontario but died before 1839 and they were petitioning for his lane grant. There was a group of 50 families who emmigrated from Ireland through New York to York between 1817-1819 settling east of Toronto. They were led by a Joseph Graham, 2 Beatty brothers and another man. There were other Grahams in the group at least one of who was a Thomas.
