You suggested I look at David's eldest son for the name of David's father and for the second son for the name of Elizabeth's father.
I have an 1894 or 1901 Harrison and Graham family chart that lists David's sons, but not necessarily in order and no dates. In the order given it looks as if the eldest son was William and the next son was Hugh.So William Graham could be David's father. And Hugh could be Elizabeth's father.I'll look around for a William Harrison of County Monaghan.
David immigrated to New York City in 1826 (I think) and his daughter Margaret, the eldest, had just married. So David could have been born about the turn of the 19th century. His father possibly William would then have been born about 1775 or 1765.So I am looking for a William Graham born 1765-1775 of County Monaghan. Was there one, anyone?
