op den Graeff

I know that some who descend from the early op den Graeff family eventually took the Updegrave/Updegrove surname in later years.
Does anyone know which family lines became Graeff/Graff from the early op den Graeffs? It was not uncommon for some to simplify and anglicize German and Dutch surnames. According to critics/researchers, the op den graeffs, founders of Germantown PA, were a most respected but also controversial family. Any information would be appreciated.
