Dear Chuck,
Thanks for the information. I have family in Kansas City and one of their libraries has it...I copied the section on the Rosses. A few Thomas Rosses were mentioned but not one mentioned with the birthdate of 1790. I have a feeling that this is the right Ross family but I have to prove it. He was born in Pa...I assume in Cumberland, Perry or Huntingdon County. I live in Texas therefore don't have access to many Pa. birth and death records.
You are lucky to have such a book on your family...hope I can prove that the Rosses mentioned in her book are mine.
