John Washington Grable did marry Mary "Polly" Basham in Warren Co, Ky in 1842. Their son, John M married a Sanders lady in 1880 according to my records!! A source in the 1890's that I have recently found lists that his wife then was "M. C." which would fit with the info you had. What happened to the Sanders bride? These people lived in my community plus I have a Grable/Gravil connection too!! Contact me.
