Charles-A GOYETTE, married abt 1889 in Iowa?

I am looking for any information on a Charles-A. Goyette born in Canada and probably married in Iowa abt 1889.
His wife Jessie was born in England.
they had 2 children born in Iowa, Charles-Edgar, 1892 and Mildred-M in 1894.
They immigrated to CA between 1900 and 1910.
Found them in Des Moines in 1900 and in Los Angeles in 1910.
