Sorry this has taken so long to transcribe, I've been playing catch up with some of this kind of thing the past week....
I've posted transcriptions of the wills of Robert & Amelia Scott as well as one of the suits in Chancery (unforunately I missed copies of the 2nd suit when I was in Dayton) to the Montgomery Co., OH message board at rootsweb/ancestry as well as to the Montgomery Co OH GenWeb archives. I'm also waiting for word from the Montgomery Co OHGenWeb coordinator as I would like to submit these there as well.

BTW, Did John of Greene Co. & wife Ann have a son John, brother of William? It would seem that the Robert Scott Gowdy son of John who was residing in Indiana (I presume this means Robert was in Indiana, not necessarily the father John)would be an older individual than the Robert Scott Gowdy son of John of William......
Too many Robert Scott Gowdy's out there :-)
