Cathy, Thanks for responding :-) Yes, you're right, seeing the actual wills would be interesting. Haven't had a lot to do with Montgomery Co., not sure if they could be ordered by s-mail or phone...... Have hopes of getting up there for some research, but it's abt. 1 1/2 hrs from where I live. sure it won't be until after the holidays, more like spring. Thus far I've found nothing to connect the individual's named. Think I've found 2 of the brothers 1850 in KY, both born 1770's PA. Am making a pile of copies here, will post transcriptions soon! My interest is in Margaret Stiles who married Caleb Reeder (maybe her step-brother) & Margaret's mother Sarah who married William Reeder 1826 in Montgomery Co OH. May be dual connections with my husband's ancestry, but nothing proven as yet. This whole law suit may disprove my theory, or lead to answers to a great many questions.
