Thanks for posting the will. These Carter County TN Gourleys are my grandmother's line. The names Thomas,John,Samuel,William,David,Eliza,James,etc. continued in her families to her generation. Her line is:Thomas>William>Henry>Thomas>Charles M > my grandmother. PA>Watauga Settlement(Carter County)....>Blount County TN where my grandmother was born in early 1900s.
I posted the Hugh Gourley information because there was a lot of confusion with the Gourley lines here in E TN.
