Hi Celia,
here's what I have on your end of the family. It's rather funny seeing john Goulder married to two of the Sisson women!
John Goulder, Born 23.4.1746 Strelley, Baptised 18.5.1746 Strelley, Buried 3.5.1826 Strelley, age 81 years. At time of death was a resident of Bobbers Mill, Radford. John married:
1) Elizabeth Sisson on 17.12.1768 at Strelley. She was born 5.1.1747/48 at Strelley, daughter of John and Sarah Sisson. Buried 3.2.1795 Strelley.
Then John married:
2) Mary Sisson of Trowell on 24.10.1795 at Trowell. She was buried 3.12.1826 at Strelley age 76 years when resident at Radford.
There are LOTS of children from these families.These records are strictly from the original parish records for Strelley and Trowell as recorded by a cousin of mine. I realize that the LDS site has much more information, but I don't tend to record it until I can verify the information. Are you interested in a particular child from the family? Some of them moved to Canada and then the United States later and became a part of the LDS.
I can't say I've ever been to Strelley or any other part of England! I'm stuck in Canada with two young boys who keep me quite busy! Hopefully I'll make it there in the next few years!
