In the 17th and 18th Centuries many of "our lot" were anglican vicars, then rising for one to become Bishop of Limerick. So, then, no Roman Catholics. However, several have converted, since, either because of marriage to RCs, or, in some cases, just as converts.
As my mother was a Gough, I suppose I qualify for a DNA test. How do you go about it?
