Hi Sue. Thanks for the additional info. When I lived in Newbury, Toomers was a large department store in the town centre. I don't know why they took a census, but if the family had moved away by 7/6/1815, this explains why they weren't on it. William was 50 on it, wife Sarah 52. Jay
