On the FreeBMD site there is a birth registration listed for Thomas Llewellyn Gough. Sept Q 1875 Loughborough, Leicestershire Vol 7a Page 135.
You can send for the birth cert from the General Register Office.

The cert will tell you Thomas' father's name and his mother's maiden name.
On the 1901 census, Thomas is living with his mother.
