1. Morris Gosnell b. abt. 1768 MD; d. aft. 1820 Lawrence Co. AR. Morris was the son of Charles Gosnell b. abt. 1734 Baltimore Co. MD; d. aft. 1800 Greenville Co. SC.
2. Amariah Gosnell (son of Morris Gosnell) b. 1798 Greenville Co. SC; d. bef. 14 Apr 1866 Van Buren Co. AR; married Zylphia Hulsey (dau/Charles Hulsey & Miss Smalley) by 1819 Lawrence Co. AR.
1820 Reconstructed Tax List (Census) AR Territory by James Logan Morgan
*Maria Gosnold; Lawrence Co. AR dated 1820
*Morris Gosnold; Lawrence Co. AR dated 1820
*Charles Hulsey; Lawrence Co. AR dated 1820
*Amariah (Emeriah) Gosnell married Zylphia Hulsey bef. 1820. Their first known child named, Charles Gosnell, was born by 1820 in AR.
*Emariah Gosnell Independence Co AR p. 010 Black River TWP

*p. 226. Amariah Gosnell: 2 M 10-15; 1 M 30-40; 2 F 0-5; 2 F 5-10; 1 F 30-40
Cyrus Gosnell is not on the 1830 Independence Co. AR Census Report as a head of household. he could be counted with another family and was probably working for them on their farm. By 1832 Cyrus is on the Independence Co. AR Tax list. Cyrus Gosnell more likely than not is a brother of Amariah Gosnell.
