Dear Ken
It 2002 and just read your message re your grand-
father Job Goslee born 1791 Indian River Hundred,
Sussex Co. Delaware.Job and William Goslee lived in Dagsberry or Dagsborough Hundred around
1790 and were sons of a William Goslee who died
in 1787 and William a son of Richard who was a son of a John Goslee who made out a will in 1721
and proved in 1723 and listing 5 sons, Richard,
John, Matthew, Thomas and James.
The Samuel you mentioned was Samuel Boardman
Goslee and he was a son of the above Thomas.
He was in various places in Delaware.Northwest
Fork and Mispillion Hundred in New Castle, and
Kent Counties. He also is the father of Richard
GOSLEY (thats the spelling Richard had in is Ohio
census & tax records in Madison County, Ohio).
Now for the John.A John Goslee was livvng in
Indian River Hundred, Sussex County, Delaware
in 1782 and believe he to be the father of your
Job and his family migrated westward around 1800
as he is not memtioned in 1800 census that I can
determine.
Oh the 1800 census lists 3 Goslins BUT THEY ARE
in reality GOSLEE's.
I have much more info, two much to list here please e-mail me at [email protected] un-
til the end of January and by then my computer
