Hi Nathan,

I sometimes answer GenForum posts instead of doing crosswords. I'm not related. Some posts are better than others. Yours wasn't very good.

I can't find Lewis in Beltrami county in the 1910 census. Some other facts, like his wife's name, his birth year and place, his children's names, might have let me find him. I might have been able to trace him back to his pre-marital home, or his father might have been living with him at some point.

It isn't clear what you want, either. Do you want to find Lewis' father? Do you want people to tell you they are both fine-looking men? Do you want us to judge whether they are father and son or uncle and nephew by their photographs?

Sorry. If you look a my posting history you'll see I'm pretty good, but there are some puzzles I can't solve.
