Hello,
I am an antique dealer and collector and am researching some civil war letters that I own written by John Johonnet from Palmyra, ME. One of his children, Adele Albina Married Phineas T. Hanson, a native of Palmyra and also a Civil War vet. The two had two daughters, Mabelle (who married a Gordon) and Blanche Louise (who married a Marey). They moved to St. Johns, OR and were a very respected family. Mabelle had one son in 1919 (based on Phineas' obit) named James who was born in Butte, Montana and Blanche had already passed away by that time after having 5 children.
I am looking for information on any of these people and am glad to share transcriptions of John's Civil War letters in return.
