You can tell by looking at my name that I too am a Gordon. But your Clerance and Montana rang a bell.Would your James Gordon be Otis or James Otis Gordon. ??? From The Rygate area of MOntana?

His grandaughter can not find his origins. She and I are in contact, as our Gordon families are interconnected. James Otis Gordon had been in South Dakota.
