Hope this will help someone looking for there Gordons in North Carolina. I have not been able to tie this Gordon to mine as of now.

SonJOSEPH GORDEN $1.00.Daughter MOLLY SHULER $1.00.Daughter POLLY BALL$1.00. Daughter RUTHY CECIL $1.00. Daughter SARAH CECIL $1.00. Daughter NANCY TICE $1.00.SonJAMES GORDEN $1.00 & 50 acrs of land on the home tract, bed & furniture, 1 horse, 1 shot gun & 1 saddle.SonWILLIAM GORDEN $1.00, 1 bed & furniture. Daughter RACHAEL GORDEN 1 negro girl named SARAH, 1 cow, 1 bed & furniture, 1 trunk, 1 wheel & cards, 1 pot, 1 oven, 1 table, all the gears etc. belonging to the loom, 1 set of spools, 1 set of swifts, one side saddle, 1 spool rack. DaughterCATY GRUBB $1.00. If my estate should be any more than pays the above legacies, the balance is to be equally divided between my sons & daughters . All the property I have left my wife is to be sold at her death & divided among my sons & daughters except the 50 acres of land which I will to my wife is to go to my daughter RACHAEL GORDEN at the death of my wife MARY GORDEN.
