Does anyone have any info on Penelope who married William Perry Goodwin in Perquimans County NC, 1875? She's said to be a Perry but I have no confirmation of that. The death certificate of William and Penelope's son William E. Goodwin states 'Penelope Harrell' as mother.
Any help would be wonderful. This one's had me stumped for a long time.
