I am looking for information on my grandfather, William Goodwin. He married Iva Rice and they had one son, William Clarence Goodwin born 10/26/1913 in Edwards, NY. William Goodwin and Iva Rice Goodwin divorced early in their marriage and William moved, I believe to Michigan. My father received letters from his father for a few years and then lost contact. My father did know, his father had remarried and had several children. My grandmother remarried a William Campbell and my father's name was changed at that time from Goodwin to Campbell. I have come across a newspaper clipping sent to my grandmother of a newspaper article from J.F. Goodwin regarding the death of a J West Goodwin who was a publisher and native of Watertown, NY who had two sons Mark L. Goodwin, who was a Washington correspondent for the Dallas News and Ben V. Goodwin, who was a proprietor of a printing office in St. Louis. This is all the information I have come across at the present time. If anyone knows any more I would love to hear from you. Pat
