John Goodspeed (Michigan) and family.

Anyone know about the sons and daughters (at least I think they are his daughter) of John Goodspeed (1790-1856)and Nancy___ ? Living in Barry and Allegan Counties Michigan in the 1830's through the 1860's?

I have the children of John and Nancy as:
Ransom (b:21 Apr 1817)
Priscilla (b:23 Jul 1819)
Eliza (b: abt 1822)
James (b: 1833)
Oliver B. (b: 9 Jan 1838)

Oliver is my GG Granddad. He was buried with John and Nancy and is likely their son, or a close relative. I can't find any other explaination unless he was maybe Ransom's son. Oliver is not in the 1860 Census with John and Nance, but James is. Oliver and James knew each other as brothers as seen in a letter I have form James. Their birth dates are a bit late so their parentage is suspect. I have no proof that the daughters belong to the family or don't belong.

I have been out of reasearch and genealogy for a few years, but am back now. Sure feels good.
