Grandmother would have been Katie or Katherine J. (Moore) Goodman 11/7/1890 to 11/17/1926, she lived in Wichita Falls, Texas and was murdered in 1926 by W. M. Hoover and is buried in Burkburnett, Texas. Hugh Houze Goodman was her husband 1/17/1889 to 1/25/1953. He is buried in Wichita Falls. Katie's Mother was Meddie Adell Moore Born 4/4/1867 in Ala. to 1/14/1949 in Tx. Also, we've heard somewhere in that line are Native Americans. She is also buried close to Katie in Burkburnett cemetary. Katie's Father was James Fredrick Moore he died 2/8/1940 in Tx. They had other relatives in Wichita Falls, Jack and Rudell Cobb, Mayme and Clab Stearman. If any of this sound like your family please let me know. On the other side of the family, Grandmother was Ephenietta M. or Nettie (Brown) Goodman 12/26/1866 SC to 9/13/1950 in TX and Grandfather Thomas W. Goodman 12/11/1866 in TX to 1/14/1949 buried Wichita Falls, TX. they are Hugh Houze parents.
