Mr. Howard,

Would you be able to supply me with the location of the Goodlad family grave locations within Conisbrough. My great (x4) grandmother was Sarah Goodlad, which my family records (I assume a family bible I have not seen) shows a bith date of 19 Jan 1819. Could these two Sarah's be the same person, or perhaps cousins. She was the daughter of William (b 1783) and Mary (Cox) Goodlad. William's father is listed as Gervas, who was christened on 31 Mar 1745 in Conisbrough. Also, I found what appears to be a second marriage for Gervas, as he listed as marrying Dorothy Laughton on 7 Aug 1770 and then another woman, Jane Taylor on 9 Feb 1779 (unless there are two Gervas's - nephew or otherwise).

I passed throug Conisbrough in the summer of 2000 but had not completed enough research at that time.

Thank you,

Bob Gregory
