Hi Brenda,

Another cousin (Tina Halstead - you can find her through Genforum Gooding/Goodwin message board) has been looking into what relation Simeon and William are, based on them living next door on the 1860 Pierce Co., GA census, and both coming from the same Prince William Co. area in SC, and other bits of info. We feel they are related somehow, but have nothing concrete as to just how at this point - brothers? nephew and uncle? cousins?. Do you know if your line also had their name spelled Goodin and Goodwin as our line did? Of course this only adds to the geneaology confusion!

Please let me know if you find anything.
