died 20/27Jun1910 Goodrich,Linn,Kansas buried in Goodrich Cemetery.
a. Father - Daniel C. Goode b. 16Dec1789 Licoln County, Kentucky d. 21/28Mar1845 Christian County, Illinois. Mother - Hannah b. abt 1794 Kentucky. Settled in Christian county in 1820 from book "Some Early Settlers of Christian County 977.381.
1820 - Madison County, Illinois, 1830 Sangamon County Illinois, 1840 Christian County, Illinois
b. Children of Daniel & Hannah included Jasper N., James N. b. 1819 Illinois, Daniel b. 1820 ,Madison,Illinois, Mary A. m. Stevens Atwood on 4Aug1841 in Christian county, Illinois per marriage records of Christian County (Film 987611 pg. 3 Salt Lake City)
2. Jasper N Goode m. 1Oct1840 in Christian County, Illinois Rose Ann Harris b. 3May1823 Dickson County, Tennessee d. 3Jan1897 Parker or Goodrich,Linn,Kansas
Rose Ann's parents were Isaac Harris b. abt 1791 North Carolina d. 26Apr1846 Christian County, Illinois
Mother - Rhoda Parker b. North Carolina d. by 10Sep1846
Rose Ann family moved to Illinois when she was about 6 months old.

1. Frances "Fannie" C. b. 29Apr1845 Pana,Christian, Illinois d. 21Jun1929 Parsons,,Kansas 1m. Robert M. Ewing 25Dec1862 ended in Divorce in 1870. They had 4 children

3. Sarah Ann 1m. Samuel Elliott Ewing (my ggrandfather) in Linn County Kansas on 3 Mar/May1861
4. Frances "Fannie" C. Goode died of the flu at her grandson's Carl Sabine. She was living with her husband John Goodrich in Goodrich, Kansas at the time of both her mother and father's death.
5. Robert M. Ewing - b. 1831 Highland County, Ohio d.1888 Popular Bluffs,,Missouri 1m. Fraces C. Goode 25Dec1862 (Divorced) 2m. Martha Ann Milligan 14Feb1846 (Need to check Marriage Records of Christian County, Illinois #987611 pg. 3 to ensure this is correct. 3m.Mary Farley 1856 in Linn County, Kansas. What makes these marriages suspect, at least the dates, is on 30Dec1884 - Both Robert and Martha Ann sold land in Linn County, Kansas left to them by Robert's father. They were living in Keiner,Butler,Missouri at the time. I need to take a relook at the marriages and get records. Here are some of the supporting records I have found.
1. In 1857 Robert & Elizabeth Milton Ewing moved from Schuyler County, Illinois to Linn County, Kansas with other related families.
2. Acquired farming land in Eden Twnshp, Schuyler Co., IL by 1850 census.

4. Jasper & Rose Ann started for Kansas in 1858, but on account of border troubles stopped in Missouri for 18 months and finally locating in Linn County, Kansas in 1860.
