I have some info on the Goodes for you!
Frances Goode b. 1845 m John Samuel goodrich (b 1831 NY, d 1918) jan 1, 1871. She was the daughter of Jasper Goode (b mar 20,1822 ILL; d june 20, 1910) and Rose Ann Harris Goode (b may 3, 1823 TN ; d jan 3, 1897)
That was her second marriage. Her first marriage was to Robert M. Ewing, She is my ggm. Her and Robert M. 's dtr, Emma is my gm. I believe Fannie is buried in Goodrich Cemetery, Linn Co, KS. Her father, mother, and husband are all there. there is a marker with her name but no death date. Fannie had 4 children, emma b 1865, Charles Alonzo, b 1866, and twins Elbert and Delbert, both died of "brain fever" shortly after birth in 1869. Charles was adopted by Goodrich.
As you may note, it looks like the Harris's and Goodes continued to bond!
I think Rosy Ann's f may have been a William Goode.
