In the Name of God Amen, I Alexander Goodall, being frail & indesposed in bodily health but of Sound mind & Memory calling to mind the frailty of human Natur & that it is appointed for all men to die; do ordain this as my last Will & Testament.
First, I resign my Soul into the Hand of the allwise, almighty God, in hopes of Salvation & mercy thro the merits of Jesus Christ.
Secondly, I leave to my Wife Feraby One third of my Whole Estate.
Thirdly, I leave the other two Thirds of my Estate to my Daughter Ann who lived in Philadelphia and to the Child with which my Wife is now pregnant to be equally devided between them share & share alike, and to the furvivors of them and their Heirs forever, and if they both die without Ifsue then the said two thirds of my Estate shall devolve to my nearest heirs as Law.
Be it also understood that I leave to Mrs* Elizabeth Obridge? One Cow & Calf.
