Hi,
just saw your post regarding Joseph Ganyou and Jane Thompson. This is my line but I have been having lots of trouble getting information on them because the name spelling changes so often. Joseph was born about 1820 to Joseph Ganyon.Gonyon, Gagnon/etc and Margaritta Yott. Both Joseph and Margaritta were born in France. Margaritta near Paris.
My line goes by the spelling Ganyou:
Carolyn Leah Wetherby
Carol Leah Van Sickle & Joseph Cable Wetherby
Cora Leah Madeline Ganyou & Roy Garfield Van Sickle
Alexander Menzou Ganyou & Angeline Madeline Fritz
Joseph Ganyou & Jane Thompson
Joseph Ganyon/Gagnon/Gonyou & Margaritta Yott
