I was poking around on this site for fun and was surprised to see that you are definitely related to me. Henry Dennis Gollihue and Laura Etta Cook are my great-grandparents. "Gramma Cookie's" parents were Alfred Marcus DeRoss Cook and Mary Elizabeth Morrison. I think Mary Elizabeth Morrison's parents were John Morrison and Sarah VanBibber. Henry Dennis Gollihue's parents were Basil Gollihue and Melissa Wilson. Henry Gollihue's parents were Basil Gollihue (whose parents were John Gollihe and Sarah Jones, according to the info I have) and Melissa Wilson (whose parents were Owen Wilson and Elizabeth Moore).

As I recall, Henry Dennis Gollihue and Laura Etta Cook had eight children. One of them was my grandmother, Beulah (who was known as "Peg"). I think the other children wincluded Olive, Opal, Lillian [known as "Bob"], Edgil, Manual and "Bus" [whose real name I don't know]. My grandmother Beulah Gollihue married Robert Monroe Miller and they had eleven children, including my mother, Joyce Craig.

You will be pleased to know that you have a namesake, my cousin Lovetta, daughter of my uncle Eugene Miller.

I can't believe I actually came across someone who is related to me. It's been a couple of years since your posting. I hope you see this and drop me a line.

Robin
