Queen Elizabeth the queen mother - golightly ancestry?
Dear members of the Golightly Clan
I am wondering why the Queen Mothers family tree is so similar to the Golightly's.Apparently she is supposed to be related to George Washington and Robert The Bruce?I have since learned that she grew up in the east end of London "Eastenders" and that her pedigree is entirely fake!
The Lady magazine published an article some years ago to this effect.
Sadly, members of the Lonsdale family made every effort to destroy my brother William Neil Golightly, along with the Campbell family. They succeeded. This was done as the result of a family trust going back to Queen Victoria and connected with John Brown.Contrary to popular belief, Queen Victoria and John Brown were married and had a son George and it was through this connection that the Lonsdales and Argyle set out to destroy my family.
Recently I met a lady researching her family by the name of "Trotter".She said her ancestors were connected with Skelton Castle in cleveland. When I researched this site I discovered that a Trotter had indeed purchased a small portion of skelton castle, is this where the queen mothers family assumed their exalted connection with the north of england?anyone with any more information on this matter.
