Hello Steve... my great Grand Mother was Millie Goldsmith wife of Thomas Shrock. All I have is her father was William Goldsmith and mother, Isabella Roundtree.
Isabella's father William Roundtree b. abt 1699, mother Dorcus Dudley.
Dudley was used a few times as a middle name in my family.

I have pieces of that line back to Ambroise Dudley. If my information is correct, that name was origionally "Sutton"
John Sutton b. 25 Dec 1400 became Lord Dudley.
I also have a small amount back to Wm Roundtree 1660.

Is this the same as you have?

Sharon
