Hi,
I've traced my tree back to John Goldsbury, founder of Barre Vermont. John married Rebecca Hastings (b. 1739; d. 1819) in Massachusetts. John fought in the Revolutionary War and they moved north to Vermont in 1788. I'm trying to find John's origins. Any help/info is much appreciated, thank you.
