Hi might not be much help but am trying to ascertain where an ancestor John Golding came from. Suspicion it was Norfok in the area North of the Cambridgeshire border born about 1600 died in 1845 Married in 18305 approximately. Have his descendants traced in Cambridgeshire then London then back to Ely and to Accrington in Lancashire. John was an ostler and his son James was a coachman when he could get employment in that field.
