Samuel Goldberg, my grandfather, married my grandmother, Marie Catherine Baumgarten, on September 20, 1921 in Allegheny County. My mother was born in 1921, my aunt in 1922, and Samuel was killed in a pedestrian/auto accident (I was told) on December 13, 1922, presumably in Pittsburgh.
I am searching for information on Samuel Goldberg and his family.
Why is it so difficult to obtain Pennsylvania records. Any suggestions for me?
