I think with the help of Jacki that I've found ~UPDATE~
JAMES WEBSTER's parents were:
Stephen WEBSTER & Sarah WHEELER living in Rehoboth, Bristol Co., MA. They were married 23 Nov. 1775 by Rev. Robert ROGERSON per Vol. 3, Page 288 of vital records.

WEBSTER children born in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, and in Pomfret, Windham Co., CT, by 1790 were:
Sarah,
Ruth,
Lydia b. Dec. 15, 1779,
m. James MOWRY [possibly my 4 great grandparents],
James m. Rebecca GOFF,
Stephen J.,
Cynthia,
Ann, and
Lucy.

Stephen & Sarah WEBSTER were in Pomfret, Connecticut, in 1800, close to the time LYDIA WEBSTER m. JAMES MOWRY in 1804. If the marriage place is correct from book listing, I think this is probably her family, but I am seeking proof.

Hope you are a newly found cousin or have data for me.
