Lula Mae Wouldridge, 90, died March 19, 2008, at The Meadows in Fulton. She was born Aug. 23, 1917, in Jackson, Tenn., to Walter and Penelope Jane Goff Phillips. She was the oldest member of Sandy Springs Baptist Church. She was a former Sunday school teacher. She was a retired employee of Blue Bell Manufacturing in Fulton. Services were March 21 at Sandy Springs Baptist Church with burial in Sandy Springs Cemetery. Senter Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Survivors included one daughter-in-law, Ann Wouldridge of Fulton; two grandchildren, Dana Timms (W.C.) and Noel Wouldridge (Heidi), both of Fulton; four great-grandchildren, Michelle Timms, Autumn, Kala and J.C. Wouldridge, all of Fulton; a brother-in-law, Pete Rivers of Jackson, Tenn.; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Price Wouldridge; a son, James Wouldridge; three sisters, Ann Skipper, Verdell Gillespie and Zula Rivers; two brothers, Noah Phillips and Elijal Phillips. Pallbearers were Bobby Milam, Brett Pounds, Jason Milam, Bradley Buchanan, Jeffery Milam and Greggory Beyer. Wooldridge Notify Administrator about this message?
