GODLEY DNA RESULTS NOW IN . THE SOUTHERN BRANCH MATCHES THE NORTHERN BRANCH

The descendants of Nathan Godle(y) who was an immigrant from England to VA in 1637, is a perfect match for the descendants of William Godly who first appeared in Hunterdon Co. NJ in 1737. Nathan's descendants settled in NC, SC, GA, and MS, in the first 200 years of settling in America. William's descendants were found in NJ, VA, KY, GA, LA, MO, TX, NY, MI, OH, and IA in the first 100 years of settling. They have proven by DNA to have been all one family.

I want to encourage all Godleys in America and England to join the project and do the DNA test. There were many other later Godley immigrants in America after these first two large clans, most of whom settled in NY and MA.
