Hi,

I hope a male Godley particularly from Britain or northern Ireland will submit a 37-marker sample to the Godley DNA surname project.
Right now, familytreedna.com is offering a special rate on 37-marker male y-chromosome DNA samples, for only $119, good till Sept. 30.

I already have a 37-marker test displayed in our Godfrey surname project, so submission of a 37-marker sample would show how closely my Godfrey sample is related to the Godley samples. Right now, I'm a perfect 12 out of 12 match with several Godley submissions.

So, far, as far as I know no Godleys in England, Scotland, or northern Ireland have submitted samples. This would be a good chance to further prove lord Kilbracken's statement that "all Godleys are related."

As I said, the deadline for getting this good price is Sept. 30. After Sept. 30 the price will go back up from $119 to $189.
