Zowie -

I have a Maggie F. Ferguson who married William A. Goad in 1913 in Bedford County, Va. However, he was 64 years old, she, a second wife, 34. In 1910, she was his housekeeper.

If you think this is a possibility, I have more. "Bila" was, no doubt, a nick-name.
