I am a descendant of Elizabeth Glover, mother of Richard Booker; he was baptized in 1642 in Amsterdam; his baptismal record states that he was the child of Edward Booker and Elizabeth Glover, daughter of Robert Glover. I also have Elizabeth's baptismal record in 1619 on film from Salt Lake. Elizabeth was the sister of Richard Glover, who was active in tobacco trade with his brother in law, Edward Booker, and his brother, John Glover, between Holland, VA, and England.

I also am a descendant of Henry Bishop, who was supposed to have married Mary Glover, but I am still searching for paper proof of this. They moved to the Carolinas.

I am a descendant of Mary Burton's brother, Robert. The Burton Chronicles of VA states that she and William Glover had no children. The court records of Henrico Co. had mention of her Davis children, as they were suing to get their inheritance from their father's estate, which William Glover supposedly spent, but I find no mention anywhere of Glover children. The court records show that by 1692 William Glover had left the county, supposedly to go to NC, but Mary's Davis children are having guardians appointed for them by the court. Did Mary leave her Davis children behind in VA?
