Hi Cindy,
Yes, that William Glover married Mary Burton, widow of Davis and had Thomas, b. 1685; Charlesworth, b. 1688; and Joseph, b. 1691. Mary, his wife died and he married Elizabeth (possibly Attwood) and had a daughter, Elizabeth. We are not sure of the parentage of William Glover, the Governor of North Carolina, but he was in Henrico Co., VA before moving to Edenton (Chowan) area of NC. William's sons, Charlesworth and Joseph, had descendants who settled in the Charleston area of South Carolina......numerous descendants. Are you a Glover descendant also?
