Hi Wallis,

It is good to hear from you. I get Christmas cards from your son with pictures of your grandchildren so I do not feel to very badly out of touch with your side of the family.
That is very interesting that you also have a Glover ancestor or rather, ancestress. My Glovers had left Virginia by that time but I do have some information on other early Glover families and I will look up this Elizabeth Glover (1749), see if I can find anything and let you know.
Amelia Island is such a paradise, I am sorry real estate is bad there too. These are interesting times we live in, might as well have fun looking into our past since the future is such a fog these days. I am currently writing my 2nd Glover book and always ask myself why do I get into these things. Oh well, some folks raise families, others educate them. I guess I am meant to be an educator.
