Benjamin James & Sarah Glidden of Calais

I am desperately seeking Sarah...Glidden, born c. Oct 1813 in New Hampshire (death certificate and 1860/1850 Census of Calais, ME), perhaps near Wakefield or Plymouth, and her husband, Benjamin James, also b. in NH c. 1812 (1850/1860 Census of Calais). According to the 1860 Census, they were living two households away from John C. Glidden, b. c. 1810 (1860 Census) in Plymouth, NH (son John Jr.'s death cert.) and Eunice Cumberland, b. c. 1813 in St. Andrews, NB. Nearby lived John's brother, Joseph Jr. Glidden, b. c. 1807 (1860 Census) in Wakefield, NH (daughter Mary's death cert.) and Maria Scott, b. 6 Oct 1815 in Calais (bapt. cert., McColl Street Kirk, St. Stephen, NB). Next door to Joseph Jr. was Joseph W. Glidden, age 80, and wife, Catherine, age 77. These Gliddens are referenced in the 1925 Glidden Genealogy, as is Joseph's daughter, Mary (above) who married ---- James. That was Josiah E. James, my 2G Grandfather, son of Benjamin James and Sarah Glidden. Joseph Glidden, Jr. removed to Tamworth sometime between 1860 and 1863, where he married Lizzie L. Thompson 5 Apr 1863 and Lydia Hubbard Oct. 6, 1880. Could Sarah have been a daughter of Joseph W. Glidden and Catherine? Any information or research tips greatly appreciated.
