James Glenny: 1800s; SCOT>IRE>ONT,CAN

Searching for any info on James Glenny who was born in Scotland about 1816 (or in Ireland). He migrated to Ireland (if he
was indeed born in Scotland) where he met and married, about 1847, Margaret (b. Ireland--maiden name POSSIBLY Hazlett or Murdock). Their son, William George
Glenny, was born in Ireland in 1848.

The Glennys immigrated to Canada and were living in Ontario in 1852. William moved down to Iowa around 1870 where he met and married Emory/Emma Beecher in 1874 in Marshall County, Iowa.

Any information would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to share information.
