Hi My GGG Grandmother Francis Clendenning(Glendenning turns up in the same places and am wondering about a possible link she was born in Fauqier County VA in 1812 moves with parents to Bourbon County KY marries there a Mr. Bailey he dies- she is married in Macon County Missouri in 1842 to my GGG Graqndfather William Harris-I believe Francis is a daughter of George and Rosannah Bowers Glendenning but have not documented this as of yet.My great grandmothers middle name was Bower so am wondering if that is a clue? I need more research on this line and was wondering if you have ran across a mention of Francis in your research?
